"We went from having no tested messaging to... being able to go to our advocates and say, we know that talking in jargon isn't what works. We know that talking in real-world terms and real-world impacts is what works."

"We needed a cultural shift, not just better talking points. This was about learning what actually connects with people outside our activist bubble."

Political campaigns spend millions on creator and influencer marketing.
But are they actually persuading voters?
Know if Your Creator Content Will
Persuade Voters in as Little as 24 Hours
Likes, comments, and shares may look like good metrics, but they don't answer the real question -- are your creator content videos changing minds or just grabbing the attention of your audience?
With political campaigns set to spend record money on creator content this year, few are testing for what is actually working.
Winning campaigns use Grow Progress persuasion and attention testing to invest confidently in the creators and messages that will rise above the noise and actually impact elections.

How Grow Progress Tests the Impact of Creator Content
We measure whether your content actually changes favorability and vote choice, using randomized controlled trials with representative audiences, in environments that reflect how content is actually consumed.
The testing covers the full creator production cycle, and results are available in as little as 24 hours
Pre Testing - test message frames and angles:
Run a Rapid Message Test on your core message angles. Distill the winners into a creative brief so your creators build from what's proven to move the target audience
Paid Content Selection:
Once content is produced, we test it the same way we test any political message: a randomized controlled trial among a representative audience, measuring vote choice, favorability, and issue persuasion across all formats - organic or paid, static or video. Use this to determine what content is worth putting dollars behind, and who to target.
Paid and Organic Content Evaluation:
Use Rapid Message Tests to demonstrate to funders the persuasive effects of your campaign, beyond just engagement metrics
Types of Testing Available
An In-Scroll Test places your video in a TikTok/Reels-style feed that respondents scroll at their own pace, the way people actually watch organic content. We track how far they scroll and where attention drops off, then pair that with a persuasion read from the same test.
A Clutter Test places your video in a realistic reel alongside three other ads. We measure whether your content breaks through and still persuades when it's competing for attention — not just when it's the only thing on screen. In one experiment, a political ad retained only about half of its persuasive impact in clutter conditions, while a more visually dynamic creative held up considerably better in the same environment.
A Skippable Video Test reveals how well your content holds attention when viewers have the option to bail, exactly as they would on YouTube or other streaming platforms. You’ll see skip rates, average viewing duration, and a demographic breakdown so you know whether you're holding the right audiences long enough to deliver the message.
